Notice to the Parents

 

This program is an excellent opportunity for your adopted Russian child. Children that grow up bi-lingual have an academic advantage because studies show that having at least two languages accelerates cognitive development.
Your adopted child faces unique challenges, and so participation in a program like this improves the likelihood for success in many ways.
